This one story home with a partial basement was designed to blend in with the existing 1950's and 1960's homes in the Morgan Creek area of Chapel Hill. The garage and guest bedroom wing form a courtyard that faces the street. The exterior is brick and vertical wood siding. The interior has four inch oak flooring, extensive ceramic tile and natural cypress trim. This home has a geothermal heating and cooling system and a solar collector for hot water. It also meets or exceeds all Energy Star requirements.
